Various Mechanical Composting Technique
Rotating Composting Process:
First the wet waste is shredded. To shredded waste concentrated culture, herbal pesticide and saw dust are added to the organic waste. Mixing is carried out in rotating HDPE drums. Drum is rotated manually. Dry material absorbs the moisture, culture biodegrades the organic waste and herbal pesticide reduces the odour. Mixture is stored for 10 days in curing system. The output is high quality organic manure.

CVC
This is basically continuous process where biodegradable waste is charged every day and manure formed is removed every day.
- Wet waste is shredded in Shredder.
- Shredded waste along with concentrated culture, herbal pesticide and saw dust are added to the Continuous Vertical Composter (CVC).
- Dry material absorbs the moisture, culture biodegrades the organic waste and herbal pesticide reduces the odour
- CVC is provided with gear box, motor and shaft which maintains the homogenous nature of waste.
- Desirable conditions of Temperature and moisture are maintained in CVC so that quick and quality compost is achieved.
- CVC is designed in such way that ready manure comes out from bottom of the CVC after a period of 5-6 days.
- The output is high quality natural organic manure.
